NB（ナショナルブランド）よりも低価格であることが価値のPB（プライベートブランド）の総称。

従来の小売業の商品開発は、プライスブランド一辺倒であったが、最近はNB以上の品質を追求するQB（クオリティブランド）の開発も盛んである。
